
Key responsibilities:
Develop the creative direction and strategy for the brand portfolio (visual identities, brand guidelines, and campaign concepts across Amazon and wholesale channels)
Design and optimize all Amazon assets including product mockups, main images, photo gallery sets, Premium A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and Storefronts
Design consumer packaging from concept through production
Create high-quality product imagery, lifestyle visuals, and infographics; use AI generation tools (Gemini, Nano Banana, Claude, ChatGPT, etc) and Photoshop to produce and refine assets efficiently
Translate strategy directly into execution — write your own briefs, produce your own files, and deliver production-ready assets across all channels without delegating the work
Stay current on Amazon PDP trends, e-commerce design benchmarks, and packaging best practices; use performance data (CTR, CVR, A/B results) to continuously improve creative output
Ensure all assets meet platform technical requirements, safe zones, print specs, and brand standards across every touchpoint
Maintain organized design libraries including with clean naming conventions and version control
Communicate design rationale clearly to leadership, incorporate feedback efficiently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
5+ years in graphic design or ecommerce-focused creative roles
Strong portfolio showing Amazon creative, packaging, and conversion-driven digital work
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
