Now we're focused on turning early wins into a repeatable system for viral content.

The Role
This is a strategic role, not an editing role.
You'll find the highest-potential organic videos in the bridal, fashion, and lifestyle space, understand why they work, and translate those insights into clear creative briefs that editors can execute confidently. You'll decide what content we should make next— not just monitor trends The role will have kpi’s that will grant you quarterly bonuses for hitting them after probation period.
What You'll Do
The founder of this business will also onboard and personally train you to set you up for success in the first month. This is a critical role and the founders themselves will be hands-on until you are fully onboarded.
