About this role:

We have an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer whose role is to support NORESCO’s marketing message with graphic designs that are consistent with the company’s visual identity while complementing the communication of business concepts and effectively reinforcing understanding and enhancing the persuasiveness of narrative messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design fliers, brochures, e-mail, direct mail, and advertisements that are customer-centric and persuasively convey NORESCO’s value proposition, solutions, features, benefits, and market differentiators.
• Support sales teams and executive management with presentation and proposal graphics that effectively complement proposal and presentation narratives.
• Develop web visuals for deployment to noresco.com.
• Develop microsites that effectively support select proposals.
• Develop, design, and produce contracted customer work products, including branded energy efficiency and sustainability programs and associated media such as posters, flyers, brochures, videos, animations, infographics, web content, and presentations.
• Create innovative marketing materials consistent with brand and creative standards.
• Produce initial pre-press production-ready art files and manage pre-flight requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design style trends and software tools and updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 + years of experience as a graphic designer
• 1 + years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products, (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects)
• 1 + years of experience Microsoft Office experience (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating video content
• A portfolio demonstrating your passion for graphic design and effective communication
• Prior work with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment with tight production deadlines is preferred
• Prior work producing designs in support of service-based organizations is also preferred
• Some photography and videography experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload within a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to the graphic design skills that are central to the role.
