Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Specialist in graphic design and digital creative production. This role will support the WSA APAC team in creating high-quality static and motion creatives across multiple regional markets including ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea, and India.

The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, experience in motion design and video editing, and the ability to adapt creatives for local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.

What You Will Do

  • Develop creative concepts and translate campaign briefs into engaging visual assets

  • Design and produce:

    • Static and animated banners

    • Social media creatives

    • Videos and motion graphics

    • Email visuals and marketing materials

    • Infographics and campaign assets

  • Adapt and localise global creatives for APAC markets

  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and platform requirements

  • Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, resizing, localisation, and creative variations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and digital teams

  • Manage multiple projects while balancing speed, quality, and scalability

What You Bring

Key Skills & Experience


Creative Strategy & Concept Development

· Develop and interpret creative briefs for APAC markets including ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea, and India

· Translate campaign objectives and messaging into compelling visual concepts

· Ensure creative outputs are aligned to WSA brand guidelines while adapting for local market nuances

· Partner with global brand teams and local marketing stakeholders to align on creative direction

Static & Motion Creative Production

Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of digital assets, including but not limited to:

· Static and animated display banners

· Short-form and long-form videos (with audio)

· Social media creatives (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google)

· Campaign and marketing materials

· Email templates and visual components

· Infographics and visual explainers

· Create assets from scratch as well as adapt, resize, and localise global or regional creatives

· Ensure all assets meet platform specifications, accessibility standards, and performance best practices

Motion Design & Video Editing

· Strong capability in motion graphics, animation, and video editing

· Experience creating engaging video formats optimised for social channels and website

· Ability to repurpose and localise video content for different APAC markets and platforms

AI-Assisted Creative & Localisation

· Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, visual generation, adaptation, and localisation

· Basic understanding of leveraging AI for:

1. Rapid creative variations

2. Localisation and cultural adaptation support

3. Efficiency in resizing, versioning, and concept exploration

· Understands the role of AI as an accelerator, while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and creative quality
Brand Governance & Creative Enablement

· Act as a creative custodian for APAC, advising teams on best practices, emerging trends, and platform-specific creative standards

· Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across markets and channels

· Stay updated on the latest creative trends, formats, AI tools, and platform innovations

· Support knowledge sharing and creative enablement within the APAC Digital Hub

Collaboration & Workflow

· Present creative ideas, concepts, and rationale clearly to stakeholders

· Manage multiple creative streams across markets, timelines, and priorities

· Balance speed, quality, and scalability in a hub-based operating model

Tools & Platforms (Mandatory)

· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

· Canva or similar platform (for templated and localised adaptations)

· Any AI creative tool (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, DALL·E, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital creative production

· Strong portfolio showcasing static, motion, and video-based digital creatives across channels

· Ability to operate within global brand and regulatory frameworks
