About the Role

riVA Global is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Creative Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end creative workflows, coordinating with clients and internal creative teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.

You will work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Content Writers, Social Media Teams, Marketing Teams, and Leadership to deliver high-impact creative solutions while managing deadlines, budgets, resources, and client expectations.

This position requires someone with strong leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead end-to-end creative projects from planning to successful delivery.
• 
  Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk.
• 
  Coordinate cross-functional teams including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Content Writers, and Social Media teams.
• 
  Manage stakeholders, client communication, approvals, and project expectations.
• 
  Plan and optimize creative workflows, resource allocation, and project execution.
• 
  Ensure quality assurance, brand consistency, and timely project delivery.
• 
  Track project progress, KPIs, and performance using project management tools.
• 
  Conduct project meetings, reporting, documentation, and status updates.
• 
  Collaborate with marketing, branding, and production teams to execute creative campaigns.
• 
  Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, IT, or a related field.
• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• 
  3–5+ years of experience managing creative, branding, or digital marketing projects.
• 
  Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• 
  Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or MS Project
• 
  Understanding of Graphic Design, Branding, Video Production, Motion Graphics, Podcast Production, Social Media, and Digital Marketing workflows.
• 
  Experience working in a Creative Agency, Marketing Agency, or Digital Agency environment.
• 
  Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• 
  Experience in resource planning, workflow optimization, budget management, quality assurance, and campaign management.
• 
  Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional creative teams.
• 
  Excellent project planning, execution, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, and time management skills.
• 
  Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
