The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch.

We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem.

About the Team

Our LATAM Creative Products & Operations team helps brands win on TikTok by scaling innovative advertising solutions across the region. We focus on two core products: TikTok One, a creator-led platform connecting brands with creative partners at scale, and TikTok Symphony, our GenAI-powered suite that enables brands to create and optimize advertising content using artificial intelligence.

By combining creative innovation, AI-powered solutions, and operational excellence, we empower advertisers, agencies, and creative partners to drive impactful business outcomes. Our team works across Product Marketing, Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partner teams to bring global products to life through localized go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, and scalable operational processes.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Responsibilities

• Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Enablement: Develop and refine pitch decks, sales narratives, and partner-facing materials to communicate the value of TikTok One and TikTok Symphony. Adapt global product messaging into localized strategies and materials relevant to LATAM markets.
• Creative Product & Partner Operations: Support partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and day-to-day product operations to facilitate the adoption and effective use of TikTok's creative and AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Partner Education & Marketing Initiatives: Assist in preparing partner events, product briefings, internal training sessions, and enablement materials for advertisers, agencies, and creative partners across the region.
• Cross-Functional Process Management: Coordinate with Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support contract management, payment workflows, invoicing, issue resolution, and operational follow-through.
• Market & Competitive Research: Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional market opportunities to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Insights: Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge bases. Use spreadsheets and basic data analysis to track product adoption, monitor progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to develop clear product messaging, compelling presentations, and partner-facing materials.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to track operational progress, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate with global stakeholders. Spanish proficiency is required to support partner communication, product enablement, and go-to-market activities across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, or the creator economy.
