Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building international monetization advertising and creator-related products. Design product features and strategies to help advertisers efficiently produce creative assets and match with suitable creators, while enabling creators to better monetize their content.

- Optimize the customer journey related to creators and creatives, enhancing collaboration efficiency and user experience for advertisers, creators, and their service partners.

- Collaborate with regional operations teams to identify and clarify localized needs, and design scalable and unified product solutions.

- Understand the core business logic around creatives and creators, abstract key challenges in the process, and drive product design through research and analysis.

- Leverage data analysis to identify pain points and growth blockers, and work closely with operations teams to define effective growth strategies.
