Job Description

This is a Creative Producer's (CP) role to manage creative operations for Prime Video's Global Originals and Marketplace (for add-on subscription based and rental catalogue) in the regions of Australia and New Zealand. This role will be based out of Mumbai and work closely with internal (Amazon) and external (WW Studios) stakeholders across India, US, Australia and New Zealand towards a co-ordinated and cohesive creative approach.

The CP will own end to end creative production of marketing assets for Global Originals and Marketplace

For Global Originals, this CP will wear a strategic hat towards building strategic narratives for the region. This will include co-ordinating with global teams to procure the most impactful creative marketing assets, and partner with local leaders and peers on impactful global campaigns across all ATL and BTL mediums.

For Marketplace, the CP will help build and grow one of the largest movie rental and channel subscription categories on Prime Video. This requires setting up scalable mechanisms for asset (AV/Static) procurement and delivery, co-ordination with WW studios and running a well-oiled creative machinery with internal marketing and business teams.

Key job responsibilities
Here are the key responsibilities of this Creative Producer
1. Build a solid network of trust across all internal and external stakeholders including Amazon's own studio and marketing executives, and global 3P studios
2. Build scalable mechanisms of procuring key marketing assets, owning creative production, applying layers of QA and owning timely downstream deliveries.
3. Establishing, auditing and growing a network of marketing agencies
4. Ensuring strategic inputs on key creative briefs including campaign beats for Global Originals and Service marketing
5. Owning end to end creative production for all marketing assets for PV Global Originals and Marketplace.

A day in the life
Daily activities of this role include
1. Working with Marketplace business teams to outline creative briefs and creative strategies required to support it
2. Coordinate with Global Studios (HBO, Panorama, Apple) to procure marketing assets and QC them
3. Set up mechanisms with agencies and internal teams to review campaign readiness
4. Set up mechanisms to procure marketing assets from global teams, QC on branding guidelines, coordinate with agencies to have them ATL-ready
5. Identify, grow and financially audit the existing network of creative agencies

About the team
The APAC- ANZ creative marketing team is a team of Creative Directors, Creative Producers and Art Directors who are responsible for every customer facing marketing asset developed for Prime Video marketing. Across the regions spanning India, Japan, South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, this team supports content marketing, brand marketing, product innovation, marketplace and other businesses. The team is a cohesive group of creative minded professionals who are constantly in a pursuit to bar-raise impact across all marketing touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree, or experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience hiring and developing highly effective and diverse teams.
- 4+ years of Problem Solve process path experience
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in studio or production company assistant, or experience as a creative executive
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience working for or with Creative Agencies
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
