Zakres Obowiązków...

• Współpraca ze scenarzystami, producentami, kierownikami produkcji oraz zewnętrznymi partnerami produkcyjnymi przy bieżących i przyszłych projektach w celu wspierania skutecznej realizacji kreatywnej i produkcyjnej produkcji fabularnych HBO Max;
• Udział w spotkaniach programowych i redakcyjnych, wnoszenie wkładu w strategię produkcyjną oraz zapewnianie zgodności z priorytetami kreatywnymi, harmonogramami i celami projektowymi HBO Max;
• Kreatywne adaptowanie scenariuszy oraz nadzorowanie ich rozwoju w zgodzie z założeniami budżetowymi, warunkami produkcyjnymi i ogólną wykonalnością projektu;
• Identyfikowanie, nawiązywanie i utrzymywanie relacji z koproducentami, producentami zewnętrznymi, twórcami oraz kluczowym personelem produkcyjnym w celu wspierania rozwoju i realizacji produkcji fabularnych;
• Współtworzenie i rozwijanie zgłoszonych materiałów, podejmowanie decyzji dotyczących ostatecznej treści i formy filmów fabularnych oraz seriali telewizyjnych, a także współtworzenie planów i koncepcji promocyjnych;
• Sprawowanie nadzoru redakcyjnego, produkcyjnego i artystycznego nad zatwierdzonymi projektami, w tym nadzoru nad rozwojem scenariuszy oraz ogólną warstwą wizualną, graficzną i muzyczną filmów fabularnych i seriali telewizyjnych;
• Współpraca z zespołami marketingu, PR, adaptacji i lokalizacji oraz koordynowanie działań promocyjnych z twórcami i producentami zewnętrznymi.

Nasze Oczekiwania...

• Rozległe doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze rozwoju treści fabularnych, produkcji lub porównywalnym środowisku kreatywno-produkcyjnym, najlepiej przy produkcji seriali premium, filmów fabularnych lub wysokobudżetowych produkcji telewizyjnych;
• Udokumentowana umiejętność oceny scenariuszy, treatmentów i innych materiałów kreatywnych, poparta trafnym osądem redakcyjnym oraz dobrą znajomością struktury opowieści, tonu, oczekiwań odbiorców i wykonalności produkcyjnej;
• Praktyczna znajomość procesów produkcji fabularnej, w tym przebiegu developmentu, zagadnień budżetowych, planowania harmonogramów oraz kluczowych etapów realizacji projektu od fazy rozwoju do finalnego dostarczenia;
• Dobra znajomość lokalnego i międzynarodowego rynku treści fabularnych, obejmująca trendy odbiorców, środowisko talentów kreatywnych oraz ofertę konkurencyjnych produkcji, wraz ze zdolnością do równoważenia celów kreatywnych z aspektami strategicznymi, komercyjnymi, budżetowymi i wizerunkowymi;
• Wysoki poziom profesjonalizmu, dyskrecji, odporności oraz trafnego osądu, w tym umiejętność przekazywania jasnej, konstruktywnej i możliwej do wdrożenia informacji zwrotnej w sprawach poufnych dotyczących obszarów kreatywnych, biznesowych, produkcyjnych lub związanych z talentami.

Your New Role...

This role supports the development and delivery of scripted productions for HBO Max by helping shape feature film and television projects from development through to delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with creative, production and business teams, influencing creative direction and the quality of productions.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Partner with writers, producers, production managers and external production partners across current and upcoming projects to support effective creative and production delivery for HBO Max scripted productions.
• Participate in programming and editorial meetings, contributing to production strategy and ensuring alignment with HBO Max creative priorities, timelines and project objectives.
• Creatively adapt scripts and oversee their development in line with budget assumptions, production conditions and overall project feasibility.
• Identify, establish and maintain relationships with co-producers, external producers, creators and key production personnel to support the development and delivery of scripted productions.
• Co-create and develop submitted materials, make decisions on the final content and form of feature films and television series, and contribute to promotional plans and concepts.
• Provide editorial, production and artistic oversight across approved projects, including supervision of script development and the overall visual, graphic and musical style of feature films and television series.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, adaptation and localisation teams, while coordinating promotional activities with creators and external producers.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Extensive relevant experience in scripted content development, production, or a comparable creative production environment, preferably within premium drama series, feature films, or high-end television.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate scripts, treatments and other creative materials, supported by strong editorial judgement and a sound understanding of story structure, tone, audience expectations and production feasibility.
• Practical knowledge of scripted production processes, including development workflows, budget considerations, scheduling implications and key stages of bringing projects from development to delivery.
• Good understanding of the local and international scripted content market, including audience trends, creative talent landscape and competitive programming, with the ability to balance creative objectives with strategic, commercial, budgetary and brand considerations.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, resilience and sound judgement, including the ability to provide clear, constructive and actionable creative feedback when handling confidential creative, business, production or talent-related matters.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
