Job Description

Duration: 20-25 weeks, starting 1 September 2026

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on intern to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) department. As the Creative Producer Intern of ING’s in-house Creative Studio, you’ll help bring campaigns and content to life through coordination, production support, and teamwork. This internship offers you a front-row seat to how creative work is developed in a large, dynamic organisation.

About the role

As a Creative Producer Intern, you work with the Creative Studio on planning, organising, and delivering a variety of creative projects for both internal and external audiences. You’ll work closely with senior producers, designers, videographers, and editors, ensuring that workflows run smoothly.

Creative Producer Responsibilities

  • Project Kick-offs: Assist project leads by helping start up any kind of project and help create a good work environment. For instance sending out meeting invitations on time to our most important stakeholders, booking the right meeting rooms, adjusting and updating all needed documents and share them with the right stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and organising creative productions such as social media assets, internal campaigns, explainer videos, animations, podcasts, and digital advertising materials.
  • Creative Studio Templates: Building different kinds of standard project templates that operate as the foundation of our productions. For instance: Creative and Pre-Production decks, call sheets or quitclaim templates, shoot schedules, storyboards and many more.
  • Production Logistics: Support preparation for shoots, recording sessions, and production days (planning, scheduling, coordination).
  • Reporting: Contribute to progress overviews, workflow documentation, and post-production evaluations.

BMC Support Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing presentations, campaign materials, and content planning documents.
  • Help organise creative assets, maintain project documentation, and update team overviews.
  • Contribute ideas and help identify ways to improve processes within the Creative Studio.

What you will learn

  • How creative productions are managed from concept to delivery in a corporate environment.
  • How a creative studio collaborates with branding, marketing, and communication teams.
  • How to handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations.
  • How to bring structure, clarity, and organisation to fast-moving creative workflows.

How to succeed

We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. You’ll take on real responsibilities from the start, and we’ll support you in developing your creative, organisational, and professional skills.

Preferred background:

  • Enrolled at a Dutch HBO or university in the area of Creative Business, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
  • Interest in creative production, branding, marketing, or digital content.
  • Eager to learn.

Rewards and benefits
This is a great opportunity to train with highly skilled people who are experts in their field. You’ll do a lot and learn a lot – not only about your specialist area and the bank, but also about yourself and whether this type of environment is right for you.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Internship allowance of 700 EUR based on 36 hours work week

  • Your own work laptop

  • Hybrid working to blend home working for focus and office working for collaboration and co-creation

  • Personal growth and challenging work with endless possibilities

  • An informal working environment with innovative colleagues

During the duration of your internship at ING, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
