Creative Producer, Betting & iCasino

We are seeking a Creative Producer to join our Growth & Sales team in the Sales & Marketing unit, serving both Betting and iCasino. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and producing high-quality, performance-oriented marketing content for our multichannel campaigns – with a strong focus on digital/social assets.

You will work closely with performance marketers, planners, CRM and brand teams, as well as external agencies and partners. Depending on your experience, you’ll also have the chance to develop and implement our upcoming business unit brand for the opening market – truly a rare opportunity.

Your main responsibilities

  • Plan and produce visual marketing content for digital, social and partner channels, including social media, display, onsite placements, online video and TV partner environments.
  • Adapt creative assets efficiently for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, durations and campaign variations.
  • Produce banners, tactical social media assets and performance creatives that support acquisition, activation and retention goals.
  • Use templates, creative tools and automation to scale production while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, planning, CRM, brand and other internal teams to turn campaign objectives into engaging visual concepts.
  • Brief and manage external partners such as agencies, production companies, freelancers and media partners.
  • Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, legal requirements and responsible gaming standards.
  • Use performance data, channel insights and best practices to continuously improve creative output.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on skills in digital visual content production, such as graphic design, image editing, motion graphics or basic animation.
  • Experience creating content for social and digital channels, especially images, animated assets, banners and performance-driven campaign assets.
  • Ability to adapt creatives quickly for different channels, audiences and formats.
  • Understanding of how creative choices affect engagement, conversion and campaign performance.
  • Experience using efficient production workflows, such as templates, bulk production or automation features in creative tools.
  • Experience working with agencies or other external partners, including briefing, feedback and managing timelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in sports and sports culture, with an understanding of major events, sports rhythms and fan perspectives.
  • Working proficiency in Finnish and English.

Considered an advantage

  • Familiarity with performance marketing, A/B testing and creative performance metrics.
  • Experience developing creative automation, templates or scalable content production workflows.

Practicalities

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model. The position is permanent and full-time.
