Do you love turning bold ideas into powerful moving images? Are you ready to shape adverts, campaigns, and content for the World of Red Bull across multiple platforms?

We are looking for a motivated talent to join us from August 2026 for a 2-year fixed-term maternity cover.

In this role, you’ll develop and supervise convergent and self-contained short-form moving image productions for the World of Red Bull. Based in Wals bei Salzburg, you’ll own projects end-to-end: from stakeholder communication, budgeting, and planning to ideation, concept development, creation, supervision, and final delivery for international, national, and regional markets.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & STORYTELLING

You’ll create compelling storylines, scripts, and creative approaches for projects and media campaigns based on stakeholder briefings. You’ll translate abstract ideas into clear, engaging moving image concepts for adverts, campaigns, social media, promotional content, and presentations.

BRIEFING & CREATIVE DIRECTION

You’ll develop precise briefings and compact concepts for designers, editors, color artists, and audio engineers. You’ll guide and align creative teams throughout the process to ensure that execution matches the original idea, the brand, and the project objectives.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION

You’ll oversee and supervise productions both in-house and with external partners. You’ll ensure quality, timing, and budget are on track, and that all deliverables meet Red Bull’s visual and creative standards across all platforms.

BUDGETING & RESOURCE PLANNING

You’ll take responsibility for budget planning and tracking as well as resource planning. You’ll allocate budgets efficiently, monitor costs, and make sure productions run smoothly and cost-effectively from start to finish.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PRESENTATION

You’ll interact with stakeholders across the World of Red Bull, present concepts and ideas to your superior and key partners, and incorporate feedback while safeguarding the creative vision and production feasibility.

POSTPRODUCTION & FINAL DELIVERY

You'll steer video editors and color artists, supervise audio and voice-over recordings and give the final green light on all parts of the postproduction process. You’ll oversee the completion of productions, including distribution and archiving, ensuring all assets are delivered correctly and are easy to find and reuse.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in video production, including strong knowledge of codecs, formats, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), basic German a plus
  • Extensive experience in television and multi-platform media
  • Strong interest in social media, 360° advertising, linear TV, VOD, and new technologies
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment, remaining calm, focused, and solution-oriented
  • Highly flexible, with the ability to improvise and work on the fly / on the go
  • Deep connection to current culture and on the pulse of current and upcoming media trends
  • Highly structured, self-sufficient working style with strong organizational skills
  • Strong affinity with the World of Red Bull, its brand, and its audience

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
