The role

You’ll join our cross-functional product team to drive the creative strategy for 2 global B2C mobile apps. Working alongside the UA Manager, Marketing Design Lead, and a dedicated team of 6 Marketing Designers, you will take full ownership of the creative production lifecycle. We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented professional ready to seamlessly dive into our existing toolsets and workflows. You will be expected to rapidly take the reins, maintaining our high-volume production and independently managing creatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Creative Production experience with a strong focus on Western markets.
• Deep knowledge of the META ecosystem, current trends, and best practices for mobile app promotion.
• High enthusiasm and readiness to work with AI tools, implementing AI automations to accelerate and optimize creative workflows.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data and translate them into catchy, high-converting ad concepts using analytical tools.
• A profound understanding of user psychology and target audiences, coupled with a sharp eye for important visual and textual nuances.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness, and out-of-the-box creativity, with an open and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities
• Drive the entire creative lifecycle from hypothesis and idea generation to validation and implementation, entirely based on a data-driven approach.
• Research and analyze creative strategies and tactics across the niche: analyze competitors using different tools. Monitor the best market trends and practices within the field.
• Collaborate daily with the Product Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and design team to discuss acquisition results, evaluate metrics, and deliver high-performing concepts that sustain our current spend level.
