これまでオンラインを主戦場としてきた私たちが、次なる成長戦略の柱として、初のオフライン旗艦店のオープンを決定しました。事業拡大に伴い、オフラインイベントの企画・運営をリードいただける Creative Marketer を募集します。

ブランド体験を最大化し、ユーザーとの接点を創出できる方を歓迎します。

業務内容

• オフラインイベントの企画・運営全般
• ポップアップイベント・プロモーション施策の企画立案
• 会場選定、制作会社・外部パートナーとの調整
• イベント当日の進行管理およびオペレーション対応
• SNS・デジタル施策と連携したプロモーション企画
• イベント実施後のレポーティングおよび効果分析
• ブランドコミュニケーション施策の企画サポート

応募資格（必須）

• 日本国内におけるオフラインイベントの企画・運営経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント能力および円滑なコミュニケーションスキル
• スピード感のある環境で主体的に業務を推進できる方

歓迎条件

• EC業界での実務経験
• 韓国語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
• ポップアップストアやブランドイベントの運営経験
• SNSマーケティングに関する理解・実務経験
• 美容・コスメ業界での経験
• 韓国ビジネスや韓国企業との取引経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
