AppAgent is an award-winning mobile marketing agency based in Prague. We work with some of the biggest titles in gaming - Clash of Clans, Monopoly GO, Merge Mansion - and we're looking for a project-based freelance Creative Lead to collaborate with us on select projects as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading UA video creative concept development and owning visual quality from brief to delivery.
Briefing and directing Motion Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines.
Applying creative testing thinking - using performance data to sharpen future output.
Joining client calls, presenting your creative thinking and responding to client needs.
Bringing an AI-first mindset to ideation, concepting, and production workflows.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience creating high-performing mobile game marketing assets.
Strong visual direction skills with the ability to balance aesthetic judgment and performance thinking.
Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple workstreams, and operating independently.
Familiarity with AI generation tools and an eagerness to apply them meaningfully.
THE SETUP
Work is project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration. You'll work closely with our Motion Designer and Creative Producer - fluidly, with a high degree of autonomy.
