SNS is one of the world’s leading destinations for sneakers with strategic physical stores in Paris, Berlin, London and Stockholm, and a global digital presence.

For more than 25 years, SNS has existed at the intersection of sneakers, fashion, music, basketball and contemporary culture.

We are now entering our next phase — strengthening the brand, increasing relevance for young adults globally and building a stronger, faster and more performance-driven content engine across all channels.

We are looking for a Creative Lead (Content & Design) to help lead that work.

Planned salary range: 42.000 – 49.000 SEK per month.
Position is based at SNS World HQ in Stockholm – No Remote applications

The Role

As Creative Lead (Content & Design), you are responsible for driving and elevating the creative output across SNS channels.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines strong creative taste with speed, execution and cultural understanding.

You will create and lead content across e-commerce, social media, CRM and paid channels — ensuring SNS shows up with a distinct visual identity that inspires, engages and converts.

You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Growth and Retail teams to build scalable creative frameworks while continuously pushing the cultural and visual relevance of SNS.


You combine strong creative taste with an understanding of what content is actually trying to achieve.

You report to the Head of Marketing and are based at the SNS HQ in Stockholm (hybrid is not a possibility).

SNS has spent more than 25 years building a globally respected brand at the intersection of sneakers, fashion, music, basketball and contemporary culture. We are now evolving how that brand is expressed across all touchpoints — from campaigns and storytelling to social content, retail activations and performance marketing.

As Creative Lead, you will have real influence over how SNS looks, feels and communicates going forward.

This is not a role where you simply execute predefined guidelines. We are looking for someone who wants to help shape and evolve the visual identity of SNS in a way that feels culturally relevant, distinct and modern — while staying true to the DNA that made SNS iconic in the first place.

You will help define:
• The visual language of SNS across channels
• How product, culture and storytelling come together creatively
• How SNS balances global consistency with local relevance
• How a modern sneaker and culture brand should communicate in 2026 and beyond

What You’ll Focus On

Build a High-Output Content Engine
• Drive fast, consistent and high-quality creative output across all SNS channels
• Translate product drops, collaborations and cultural moments into engaging content
• Create content that balances brand storytelling and performance
• Ensure SNS remains visually relevant and culturally connected
• Define and map content deliverables based on launches, business priorities and channel needs

Lead Creative & Visual Direction
• Develop and evolve the SNS visual expression across all channels
• Create graphic direction, layouts, typography and motion assets
• Produce campaign visuals, product storytelling and social content
• Continuously elevate the creative standard across SNS output

Drive Performance Through Creativity
• Translate commercial objectives into creative execution across content, campaigns and activations
• Ensure creative output contributes to measurable business goals including traffic, engagement, conversion and repeat interaction
• Partner closely with E-commerce and Growth teams to identify creative opportunities supporting business KPIs
• Develop creative tailored to different objectives — from inspiration and engagement to conversion and repeat interaction
• Continuously evaluate and iterate creative output based on performance insights and learnings

Connect Culture, Retail & Community
• Work with stores across cities to capture local culture and community
• Develop activations and creative concepts that generate scalable content
• Ensure SNS remains connected to subcultures around sneakers, fashion, music and basketball

Work Smarter & Scale Better
• Use AI and modern tools to improve speed, efficiency and creative output
• Identify smarter and more scalable ways of producing content
• Continuously improve workflows through technology and new creative tools

The Team

You will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with E-commerce, Growth, Retail and external creative partners.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution and requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years experience within creative, content and/or design roles
• Strong graphic design and art direction skills
• Highly skilled in creating content across digital and social platforms
• Experience working with performance marketing creatives
• Strong understanding of contemporary culture and visual trends
• Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial performance
• Fast, agile and solution-oriented
• A doer mentality — you create, not just direct
• Strong collaborator with ability to work cross-functionally
• Passionate about subcultures around music, art, fashion/sneakers and basketball

Tools & Creative Workflows

Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

  • Illustrator

  • Photoshop

  • InDesign

Experience with motion and video editing tools such as:

  • Premiere Pro

  • After Effects

  • CapCut or similar

Comfortable working in collaborative design tools such as:

  • Canva

  • Figma

Curious and proactive when it comes to AI-powered creative tools
Experience using AI to improve workflows, speed and content production is highly valued
