About the position

We are seeking a strategic Creative Group Leader to lead and continuously develop our multidisciplinary creative organization, elevating creative quality, strengthening studio capabilities, and building scalable workflows that deliver exceptional game experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and empower a group of 4 teams with over 20 creative professionals across Game Art & Animation, Sound Design, and Graphic Design, while developing strong Team Leads and building long-term creative capability.
• Creative Excellence - Elevate studio-wide creative standards, quality, consistency, and execution across all projects.
• Build strong game understanding across the creative organization, ensuring creative decisions reinforce game mechanics, feature clarity, pacing, and player experience.
• Translate product direction into clear creative guidance and unified creative standards across all projects.
• Optimize resource allocation and creative workflows to balance quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve production pipelines that increase consistency, reduce rework, and improve delivery quality.
• Partner closely with Product, Game Design, and R&D to ensure creative execution supports the intended game vision.

• Continuously evolve the studio’s creative capabilities by introducing modern tools, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading large creative teams (10+ headcount) across multiple creative disciplines.
• Deep background in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of creative production pipelines and how visual design, animation, and sound contribute to player engagement and game experience.
• Passion for games, with a strong understanding of player behavior, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Proven success implementing scalable creative workflows that improve productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Strong ability to translate product goals into actionable creative execution.
• Experience adopting generative AI tools to accelerate creative iteration, improve quality, and enhance production efficiency.
• Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Spine, etc.) and familiarity with Agile production workflows (Jira/Confluence).
