CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Our
client is an established,
founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with
operations across Singapore
and Hong Kong They partner with leading global brands, financial
institutions and private clients to deliver high-end
events, experiences and bespoke projects.

With
ambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding their
senior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client
service and a strong understanding of the luxury market

What you'll be doing:

• Lead creative
  output and standards across the group's events, activations, collections
  and campaigns.
• Translate the Founder's
  vision into consistently high-quality creative work.
• Lead creative
  concepts and pitches and sell ideas into senior clients.
• Build, manage and develop
  the creative team.
• Grow the group's network of
  creative collaborators and vendors.

What you bring:

• 10–12
  years' creative leadership experience across events, experiential, activations or
  production.
• Strong luxury/premium
  portfolio, ideally targeting UHNW audiences.
• Able to develop big
  ideas, art direction, moodboards and experiential concepts.
• Strong
  pitch/presentation skills and ability to sell creative ideas.
• Experience building and
  leading creative teams.
• Strong understanding of
  creative delivery and production.

You're not right for the role if:

• Pure design/marketing
  background without events or experiential delivery.
• Purely tactical
  creative without upstream conceptual/big-idea experience
• No creative team leadership.
• Cannot influence senior
  clients/stakeholders.
• Poor under pressure or
  unable to juggle multiple projects.
• Pattern of very short
  tenures.
