Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Creative Director, Art to lead the creative vision for a leading brand in the sports and entertainment space launching in the US and Canadian markets. This is a career-defining opportunity to create disruptive, bold, and comedic work that makes a massive impact. You will be instrumental in shaping a brand voice that resonates with sports fans, challenges the status quo, and captures the excitement of the game. This role is for a creative leader who is passionate about sports and thrives on pushing boundaries to create work that gets people talking.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and own the art direction and visual creative for a flagship sports entertainment account across all channels, including broadcast TV, radio, digital, social media, OOH, and experiential activations.
  • Concept and execute high-budget, large-scale productions, translating bold ideas into compelling, headline-worthy creative.
  • Drive the work from concept to completion, maintaining a hands-on approach and ensuring the highest quality of execution.
  • Champion and defend creative work, providing clear, compelling rationales to both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build a disruptive and culturally relevant brand presence in a competitive market.

What You'll Need

  • Extensive, hands-on production experience with a portfolio to prove it.
  • A portfolio filled with big, headline-worthy ideas for major, well-known brands, with a strong emphasis on comedy and disruptive thinking.
  • A genuine and demonstrable passion for American sports, including football, baseball, basketball, and MMA.
  • Proven ability to lead high-budget, integrated campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Experience working on sports-adjacent brands or sponsorships is a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
