Growing Global Branding Agency is looking for a Associate CD or CD to head up a new New York office.

The clients are Beauty, Spirits and Wellness Based. Be a hands-on Design Leader working primarily on Packaging, and all the Brand touchpoints. This is a new job, for a new studio. which means you need to be that entrepreneur who works well with your Client and Strategy leaders. Your portfolio should be impressive, with clean fresh packaging design work for Spirits and Beauty. Lead a team of 5. mentoring, managing and inspiring them. Must have at least 5 years of Design management experience. 

Responsibilities

*Presenting to clients for New Business

*Hands on Design and Direction

*Hiring, and managing Designers

*Creating a studio environment and process that inspires and encourages talent

*Working closely with Client and Strategy leaders to create work that is on brief, and on time.
