About the role
Nexthink is looking for a strategic, hands-on Creative Director to lead the next chapter of our brand and creative function. You’ll own our visual identity and creative standards, and make sure the Nexthink brand shows up clearly and consistently across every customer and employee touchpoint. You’ll turn business goals into creative work that builds awareness, drives demand, and helps us grow — while building the team and processes to scale it.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $155,000–$206,000, plus an annual performance variable under our corporate bonus plan. This equates to an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $194,000–$258,000 Actual compensation within the range is based on job-related skills, experience, and location, and is one part of the total rewards package described below.
