- Lead the visual system for a white-label iGaming platform, focusing exclusively on product UI, visual systems, graphics, components, and design quality.
- Deliver premium, clear, and scalable digital product experiences that support multiple partner brands and configurations.
- Build a strong visual foundation adaptable across regions, themes, languages, and feature sets, ensuring cohesion and ease of implementation for product teams.
- Guide a large creative team to raise the standard of product visuals and develop reusable design systems, templates, and assets for consistent, high-quality branded experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. The Creative Team
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of approximately 20 designers specializing in UI, visual, graphic, and component design.
- Establish clear creative routines, including design reviews, quality standards, ownership guidelines, and delivery checkpoints.
- Develop design leads, strengthen team structure, and scale the creative function as product and partner needs expand.
- Provide input on hiring, performance feedback, skill development, and long-term talent growth.
- Foster a steady, low-ego team culture focused on craft, clarity, and product impact.
2. The White-Label Visual System
- Define a product visual language suitable for multiple iGaming brands, partner setups, regions, and product surfaces.
- Create and evolve a scalable design system covering color logic, typography, components, templates, modules, graphic rules, and regional adaptations.
- Set creative direction for key product areas such as wallet, rewards, loyalty, missions, VIP experiences, home layouts, promotional entry points, and campaign surfaces.
- Transform UX and product requirements into polished, reusable, and adaptable UI for diverse partner needs.
- Apply modular design thinking to enable rapid reuse of complex product content without sacrificing consistency or visual quality.
3. The Premium Product Feel
- Set the look and quality bar for in-product graphics, banners, icons, promotional tiles, key visuals, engagement modules, and reusable artwork.
- Develop practical creative frameworks and asset libraries to enable fast, high-standard output.
- Ensure coins, bonuses, rewards, levels, missions, and game-like elements are visually elevated, trustworthy, and commercially polished.
- Maintain strong visual rhythm across brand skins, seasonal themes, market versions, and daily design output.
- Keep work clean, layered, premium, and aligned with the broader product design ecosystem.
4. The Bridge From Concept to Screen
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Front-end teams to translate design ideas into usable product experiences.
- Balance aesthetics, usability, technical feasibility, partner flexibility, and speed of implementation.
- Guide engineering teams to accurately realize the creative direction in final screens.
- Focus on product-facing design, platform visual experience, white-label adaptability, and scalable UI craft, not advertising or one-off marketing artwork.
