Creative Development Producer

Location: Midtown Manhattan, Onsite (5 days a week)

About the Role

As a key player on our collaborative team, you’ll shape the creative vision for branded livestreams, pre-recorded content, commercials, and social media activations. You’ll own the process from concept to pitch, develop compelling production plans, and offer creative solutions that exceed client expectations—while aligning with budgets and tight timelines. Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, account, Amazon teams, production, talent, and art pros to deliver unforgettable content for major brands and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Imagine and pitch original creative concepts for shoppable livestreams, pre-recorded and commercial content, and more, shaped by brand briefs and RFPs.
• Transform brand objectives and creative briefs into engaging formats, stories, and production strategies.
• Build production budgets and resource plans—covering crew, talent, sets, equipment, post, and every detail in between.
• Develop multiple concept options at different budgets, expertly balancing creative vision with real-world production needs.
• Evaluate concepts for feasibility, resource needs, and production value to ensure the best execution.
• Simultaneously manage several creative briefs and development projects across a dynamic mix of brands.
• Work closely with account executives, Amazon teams, production, talent, art, and other stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
• Use campaign, audience, and performance data to power creative recommendations.
• Shine in RFP responses and play a pivotal role in crafting winning proposals for new business.
• Keep creative materials, production info, and project docs organized and up-to-date.
• Identify new ways to elevate creative development and boost production efficiencies.
• Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and business reviews that help us stay at the cutting edge.
• Stay on top of industry trends—from live shopping and digital media to social content and e-commerce—and bring fresh ideas into every project.
• Take on related duties as the business evolves.

Travel: You’ll enjoy up to 25% travel for business meetings, client sessions, and on-site production activities.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in creative development, branded content, production, advertising, media, or related area.
• Demonstrated experience developing creative concepts from brief through production planning.
• Hands-on knowledge of production budgeting, resource planning, and end-to-end production needs.
• Experience juggling multiple projects or creative briefs at once.
• Confident at presenting and communicating creative concepts to internal/external stakeholders.

Bonus Points (Preferred)

• Experience in live broadcast, livestream, unscripted, shoppable, e-commerce, or digital content production.
• Track record working in a creative agency, production company, brand studio, network, or similar.
• Expertise developing production budgets from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Amazon Live, FAST, OTT, social commerce, or next-gen commerce platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, production planning, or workflow optimization.
• Skilled in developing RFP responses, pitches, and client-facing proposals.
• In-the-know on current digital, social, linear, live shopping, and pop culture trends.
