Our client is a Fintech firm with a digital platform that enables individuals and businesses to easily open virtual accounts and carry out secure global transactions. They are currently looking to hire a Creative Designer in Lagos.
Job Overview
They are looking for a Creative Designer who loves bringing ideas to life in any form—motion graphics, animation, video editing, graphic design, or UI/UX. If you have a combination of skills, even better! Bonus points if you can also work in Figma and think like a UI/UX designer.
Job Responsibilities
• Create visually compelling content across multiple formats: motion graphics, videos, illustrations, and digital graphics.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate concepts into designs that delight users.
• Bring UI/UX ideas to life in Figma, helping improve the look and feel of our web and mobile applications.
• Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative tools.
• Experiment, iterate, and push boundaries—your creativity should have no limits.
Job Requirements
• Proficiency in at least two or more creative disciplines (motion graphics, animation, video editing, graphic design).
• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• A portfolio that showcases a mix of creativity, technical skill, and versatility.
• Ability to take direction but also bring your own ideas to the table.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and curious about new tools and trends.
