Location: Hybrid, based from our Newcastle office (Cobalt Business Park) or Theale office (Arlington Business Park)

Annual salary: Circa £35,000, depending on skills & experience

About the role

We’re looking for a highly creative, ambitious Creative Design Lead to take ownership of Cybit’s visual identity and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

This is not a traditional design role.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in evolving the Cybit brand, shaping how we show up in the market and ensuring everything we produce, campaigns, content, events, digital experiences and sales assets feels distinctive, forward thinking and compelling.

What you’ll be doing

Evolve and elevate the Cybit brand

• Build on Cybit’s core brand identity to create an even more distinctive and modern visual presence
• Drive a clear and consistent creative direction across all channels, balancing brand consistency with fresh, innovative thinking.

Lead creative for campaigns and growth

• Support Go-To-Market initiatives across Data & AI, Security, Microsoft and Managed Services
• Design high-impact campaign assets and creative concepts that drive engagement and help Cybit stand out in the B2B technology market.

Deliver cross-channel design

• You’ll design across the full range of brand and marketing outputs, including creative assets across digital, campaigns, events, sales enablement, partner marketing and corporate communications.

Bring ideas to life creatively

• Translate technical messaging into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Develop concepts for video, motion graphics and animation (experience here is highly valuable)
• Create visually engaging storytelling for social platforms that bring complex technology concepts to life and drive traffic to www.cybit.com or other CTA’s

Leverage AI and modern design tools

• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance creativity, speed and output quality
• Explore new ways to create scalable, dynamic and personalised content
• Stay ahead of creative and design trends, particularly in tech and B2B

Work collaboratively across the business

• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams and support partner and vendor campaigns with differentiated, high-quality design
• Translate commercial objectives into creative outputs

Drive creative innovation

• Bring new ideas, concepts and approaches proactively, don’t just respond to briefs- challenge conventional B2B design norms and raise the bar
• Help position Cybit as a visually distinctive and forward-thinking premium Technology Solutions brand

About You

• Strong experience in creative design across digital and print, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and execution.
• Confident working across modern creative, digital and AI-enabled design tools. In addition to Adobe Creative Suite, experience with the following is highly desirable:
• Figma (essential for modern digital design and collaboration)
• Video and motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• 3D or advanced visual tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D)
• AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Firefly)
• Rapid production and scaling tools (e.g. Canva, Descript)

• Skilled in creating impactful campaigns, sales assets, event materials and digital content.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of how design drives engagement, brand perception and business results.
• Creative, proactive and highly organised, with the confidence to present ideas and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ambitious about delivering high-quality work that elevates Cybit's brand and market presence.
• Passionate about using creativity and influence to build a brand that is recognised, respected and drives meaningful engagement.
• You should be comfortable using the right tools for the right purpose, and open to adopting new technologies that enhance quality, speed and creative impact.
