Job Description

Tatu City is hiring a Creative Design Associate. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Creative Design Associate will support the marketing of Rendeavour’s developments in Kenya, with responsibility for graphic and other design projects, as well as for administrative support of the Kenya marketing team. Experience in Real Estate environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, brochures, presentations, and corporate reports.
  • Develop digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Create branded merchandise and promotional assets, such as banners, corporate gifts, and event branding.
  • Design infographics and visual data representations for internal and external reports.
  • Assist in developing corporate branding guidelines and ensuring all visual assets align with Tatu City’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Conceptualize and design signage, billboards, and environmental graphics for on-site branding.
  • Create interactive PDF documents and digital presentations for business development and investor relations.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure UI/UX design consistency across all digital platform.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing, events, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Assist in storyboarding and scripting for video content.
  • Manage video shoots, from conceptualization to post-production.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and performance

Photography & Image Editing

  • Capture professional photos for corporate events, marketing materials, and internal documentation.
  • Retouch and enhance images to align with brand aesthetics.
  • Maintain an organized media library for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with photo shoots for promotional campaigns and executive branding.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing roles, preferably with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective creative campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong visual and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in managing social media channels, both paid and organic, with the ability to publish updates, engage with comments, and address issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of creative campaigns against goals.
  • Collaborative skills to work with the Marketing & Communications team, Sales, and other departments.
  • Ability to use data to optimize creative strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and social media content creation is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
