Creative Delivery Manager

The Creative Manager will work closely with marketing partners, copy, and design teams to develop overall creative strategies across campaigns, evergreen content, reactive moments, and product messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two Designers, ensuring clarity, effective task management.
- Encourage an open team environment where concerns, ideas, process improvements are discussed and achievements are celebrated.
- Ensure projects follow agreed upon brief, specs, budgets and schedules from start to finish.
- Serve as the escalation point for design-related issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving and clear communication.
Creative Quality & Brand Guardianship
- Act as the primary brand guardian, reviewing all creative elements to ensure all creative output adheres to GetGo brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual identity.
- Own and maintain all brand standard documents and circulate to all GetGo colleagues.
- Apply a keen design eye to guide creative discussions, ensure high-quality execution, and review artwork for impeccable quality, accuracy, and low error rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and Designers to maintain high standards and refine feedback processes with a positive and collaborative approach.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with Marketing and Category partners, acting as the key liaison for design needs.
- Translate marketing needs into achievable design plans, balancing business urgency with creative quality.
- Represent the creative function in planning sessions, providing insights on timelines, processes, and resourcing.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between the design team and all internal stakeholders.
Tech & Tools Optimisation
- Oversee the effective and consistent use of design tools by the design team.
- Support Designers in optimising design quality and efficiency.
- Utilise project data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities in design efficiency and creative output.
- Encourage innovation within the team, testing approaches for better, faster, and smarter creative work.
Continuous Improvement
- Use project data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and creative output.
- Provide competitor insights and best practice recommendations to team based on recurring design trends or regional challenges.
