Job Description

The Associate, Creative Content Strategy supports the planning and execution of Lafayette 148’s digital storytelling across platforms. Working closely with the Senior Director, Creative Content & Copy, this role is instrumental in bringing seasonal campaigns and brand narratives to life across paid media, social, email and ecommerce. The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of campaign development, from early creative planning through digital execution and is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Connect campaign strategy to channel execution by identifying content needs early and coordinating planning across creative, marketing and ecommerce teams.
  • Build decks and presentations for campaign planning, leadership reviews and content recaps
  • Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Support exploration of emerging AI tools and technologies that can streamline content planning, briefing and workflow management

Creative Content Strategy & Campaign Support

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Creative Content & Copy to support digital storytelling across campaigns, product launches and seasonal brand moments
  • Contribute creative content ideas and help identify opportunities to extend campaign narratives across platforms
  • Partner with the Copy Manager to help develop first-pass briefs and content direction for paid social and other digital touchpoints, translating campaign messaging into channel-specific executions
  • Analyze content performance, industry trends and competitor activity to inform future content planning

Photo Shoot Planning & Production Support

  • Support the planning and coordination of seasonal editorial campaign photoshoots and special projects with a focus on digital content needs
  • Assist in developing brief decks, shot lists and visual references that support ecommerce, social, email and paid media
  • Help translate business priorities, key buys and merchandising focus into shoot briefs and content needs for digital channels
  • Assist with photoshoot preparation including prop sourcing, set references and creative boarding as needed
  • Help identify content opportunities that extend campaign storytelling across digital channels

Digital Content & Channel Coordination

  • Partner with the Asset Manager to communicate campaign and channel-specific content needs
  • Help ensure required assets are captured and available to support social, email, paid media and ecommerce storytelling
  • Support the rollout of campaign content across digital platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with ecommerce teams on homepage storytelling, editorial content and seasonal campaign launches

Social Media & Content Calendar Management

  • Manage and maintain the organic social media content calendar across platforms
  • Calendarize social content aligned with campaign and seasonal storytelling
  • Propose and plan Instagram Stories and TikTok content in partnership with the Copy Manager

Desired Background:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content strategy or campaign marketing within fashion, luxury, lifestyle or editorial environments

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems including social media, ecommerce, email marketing and paid media
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong visual sensibility and familiarity with fashion and luxury storytelling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe software and relevant content management platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in fashion, culture and digital storytelling with an understanding of the modern luxury consumer

Base Pay Salary:

  • The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
