About the Job

At Levi Strauss & Co., we’re looking for a Creative Content Specialist to lead the creative asset management and adaptation of Upper and Middle funnel content in support of the Brand Equity Team. This position will ensure cohesion across markets by following creative guidelines, whilst ensuring local nuances are respected for local relevancy. This position will be responsible for coordinating the European Brand Equity team’s content, both with the internal creative team in Europe and with external production agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key POC for the Brand Equity team
  • Key POC for Production agency
  • Key POC for Media agency for middle and upper funnel content needs for all European markets
  • Responsible for the content adaptation of global toolkits for Cinema/TV/DOOH/OOH/Print/Digital/Social channels for all European markets
  • Briefing the internal EU creative team via the project management tool, on simple digital asset language adapts (digital banners/static social media content)
  • Ensuring a smooth running of processes between Production agency and Media agency, by briefing the Production agency on all global campaigns and checking that the media agency follows the correct process of uploading specs sheets via the dedicated Teams channel
  • Supervising the content adaptation by external partners such as Teads/Ogury/Seedtag/Pinterest/TikTok for upper and middle funnel, and keeping track of all these contents adapts per season
  • Coordinating with the global team on timings for the delivery of PC9 lists, YouTube uploads and documenting any recurring content needs that should be flagged to them, to improve the delivery of campaign assets
  • Responsible for the European Social content calendar and Programmatic Content Calendar

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. An additional European language is a plus.
  • Experience in creative/marketing agencies in traffic management is a plus
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is a plus
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and structured in your approach to work
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Attention to detail and good eye for creative layouts
  • Able to work under tight deadlines

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is PLN 96,000 - 127,900 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
