The Creative Content Manager is responsible for directing and managing the Creative Content team, ensuring the delivery of high-impact conceptual and visual content for all marketing areas, including Internal Marketing, External Marketing, and Client Experience, as well as other departments within Teleperformance. This role also involves creating and developing creative concepts from scratch, leading the creative process from start to finish, ensuring that all visual and conceptual executions reinforce the brand identity and the strategic objectives of Teleperformance.
Education and specific training
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, UX/UI, Communication, or a related field.
Advanced studies or training in leadership, project management, design, brand conceptualization, and/or marketing are highly valued.
English Level mínimum B2
Key Responsibilities
Internal Marketing:
Lead the team (coordinator and junior designer) assigned to internal marketing to ensure the creation and adaptation of visual materials, concepts, style guides, toolkits, etc., that reinforce internal communication and corporate initiatives.
Work closely with the internal marketing team leader to develop robust campaigns (conceptualization, naming, manifesto, mood boards, visual guide, etc.) for internal communication, initiatives, internal platforms, etc.
Supervise the creation of the image for strategic campaigns, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all materials, such as presentations, posters, emails, banners, roll-ups, platform images, print materials, and other internal communication supports.
Direct the development of concepts, naming, logos, and graphic identities, ensuring they align with Teleperformance's brand identity, global guidelines, regional and national brands, etc.
Ensure the creation of graphic materials for environmental design that adorn office spaces, ensuring a coherent and attractive environment for employees that reflects our values, brand identity, manifesto, philosophy, etc.
External Marketing:
Lead the team (coordinator and junior designer) in conceptualizing and creating campaigns to support the external marketing team, including multichannel campaigns, ads, BTLs, and other advertising formats such as billboards, posters, and banners.
Supervise the adaptation of campaigns to different formats and platforms, ensuring compliance with brand quality and consistency standards.
Direct the development of visual and graphic content that positions Teleperformance as a Tech Hub, integrating elements of innovation and technology into the visual narrative.
Coordinate the production of graphic materials for external campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives and the project's specific requirements.
Provide creative direction and feedback to digital marketing agencies to ensure that proposals created by external agencies and suppliers align with Teleperformance's image and reflect the company's pillars and vision.
Creative Strategy Development:
•Develop and implement the brand's creative vision, aligning all materials with strategic objectives.
•Define the creative direction for campaigns, internal initiatives, regional concepts, events, client visits, etc., ensuring effective visual executions.
•Maintain visual and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
•Implement and manage change within the team, leading the adoption of new technologies, tools, and creative processes to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Work Experience
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with proficiency in tools such as Figma and Sketch.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Reporting skills
Concept Creation and Solid Projects:
•Conceptualize and develop ideas for multichannel campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.
•Ensure that the visual concept and image are properly employed and that their aesthetic and functionality are maintained.
•Lead briefing sessions to ensure clear objectives and deliver creative solutions.
•Present concepts and ensure that final project deliveries align with the vision.
Evaluation and Optimization:
•Evaluate creative campaigns to optimize future projects.
•Analyze performances to identify improvement opportunities within the team, suppliers, agencies, and freelancers.
•Implement feedback processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
•Work closely with the Marketing Director and leaders of other sub-areas to align creative direction with company strategies.
•Facilitate collaboration between departments for consistent implementation of concepts, campaigns, identities, etc.
Team Professional Development:
•Recruit, train, and develop creative team members.
•Foster a learning environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Technical skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and other relevant creative tools.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools, including Figma or Sketch.
Experience with project management systems and collaborative tools like Microsoft Office 365 or similar.
Special Certifications
Advanced certifications in graphic design, pre-press, environmental design, marketing in its various areas, UX/UI, project management, or leadership are highly valued.
