Our Global Brand & Creative team is responsible for developing the concepts, campaigns, and creative direction that shape how our brands are experienced across markets. Working closely with our in-house Creative, Studio, and local market teams, the department ensures those ideas are translated into consistent and impactful execution around the world.
We are now looking for a Creative Brand Manager to help shape and evolve the creative expression of one of our brands, bringing its identity and strategy to life across markets.
As Creative Brand Manager, you will play a central role in developing one of our brands, turning brand strategy into creative concepts, campaigns, and experiences that strengthen how the brand is seen, experienced, and remembered. From brand guidelines to campaigns, activations, and content, you will help ensure the brand remains relevant, distinctive, and consistent as it grows.
Working closely with our in-house Creative and Studio teams, as well as local social marketing teams, you will align stakeholders, lead creative processes, provide direction and feedback, and help turn ideas into effective brand-building work.
Develop and evolve the visual and communicative expression of one of our brands
Develop and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring they are understood, adopted, and consistently applied across markets
Create and lead creative concepts, campaigns, and brand initiatives that can travel across markets
Lead creative development from initial concept through execution together with our in-house Creative and Studio teams
Work closely with local social marketing teams to support execution, provide direction, and ensure local initiatives remain aligned with the brand
Stay close to culture, communities, social platforms, and emerging trends, identifying opportunities that keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
A central role within our Global Brand & Creative team, shaping the creative development of one of our brands

You have exceptional creative judgement and a well-developed aesthetic sense. You know the difference between work that simply gets noticed and work that builds brands.
You bring sound judgement, high standards, and the ability to balance long-term brand building with day-to-day execution. Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and local teams, you know how to align different perspectives behind a clear direction.
Culture, communities, social platforms, and emerging trends are naturally part of how you think about brands and their role in people's lives.
Most importantly, you care deeply about building distinctive brands and have the confidence to make decisions, challenge ideas, and set a direction that strengthens them over time.
Several years of experience bringing brands to life through creative concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences
Experience creating and leading creative concepts, campaigns, or brand initiatives from idea through execution
Strong understanding of brand identity, communication, visual expression, and creative development
Experience leading creative processes and working closely with designers, creatives, production teams, and local markets
Strong understanding of social platforms, contemporary culture, communities, and emerging trends
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
