YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our Digital Product Creation (DPC) team in Shanghai. We work across brands, sourcing offices, and suppliers to reimagine how digital tools strengthen both product development and visual storytelling.
Here, you’ll collaborate with 3D specialists, R&D teams, and merchandising partners. We move fast, simplify where possible, and stay curious about what’s next. Our team culture is rooted in ownership, creativity, and a desire to make a real impact — and you’ll play a key part in shaping our next steps.
YOUR ROLE
As our Creative AI Specialist, you will be responsible for exploring, developing and implementing AI-driven creative solutions. You will focus on researching emerging AI technologies, creating AI-generated visual content and developing innovative workflows that enhance BESTSELLER’s product, storytelling, creative development and digital efficiency.
You will act as a digital pioneer by identifying new AI tools and market trends, ensuring the company stays ahead in applying AI within the fashion and product creation process.
