The Technology Solutions Trainer (TST) is responsible for managing the broker experience throughout the new build and renewal process. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical training and support, and analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate technology solutions. The TST will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain a high level of customer service.
This is a remote role. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you’re part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.
