This role is responsible for researching and providing financial and business related analyses to assess the impact of various Company projects and transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
Provides assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets, reviews expenses against budgets, and issues monthly variance statements.
Participate in special studies, research and projects as required by management.
Prepares detail of work plan and schedule, completes detailed analysis and research, identifies options, prepares reports for management, and recommends actions or change for assigned projects.
Utilize financial systems to interpret and evaluate data.
Develops increasing knowledge of CRC Benefits’ business, markets, products, and databases.
Liaison to the Finance team and other corporate support departments.
Actively participates in meetings, providing input to contribute to the overall success in achieving departmental goals.
Occasional long, irregular hours.
Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years job-related experience.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Required Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures, and practices.
Proficiency in strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to c omprehend, interpret, and analyze complex financial and business documents.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work under absolute deadlines.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial systems experience including but not limited to Microsoft SQL, Hyperion Essbase, Office Connect, and Tableau.
Proven experience in implementing and designing procedural methods for analysis and/or efficiency improvements.
