To restore and enhance the appearance and functionality of various types of jewellery items, assessing and refurbishing the jewellery pieces to meet the customers' expectations

Responsibilities

• Adjust the size of any ring, bracelet, bangle, necklace, anklet, or any other piece of jewellery according to the customer's specifications.
• To reset ear stud & screw type earring.
• Modify any item according to the customer's specifications.
• To fix any item according to the customer's specifications.
• To examine the repair request and carry out repairs according to specifications.
• To control the wastage of gold/other materials within the limit set by the company.
• To verify the quantity of items, gemstones, and diamonds received in every order.
• To ensure the safekeeping of all gold, gemstones, diamonds, etc, in the safe provided.
• To maintain all equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Record the details of every order processed as the order is required.
  Ensure timely delivery.
• To achieve the production target and quality standard set by the company.
• To strictly follow all security procedures and safety rules and regulations.
• To always maintain Housekeeping.
• Be sure to adhere to any reasonable instructions provided by the immediate supervisor.

• Thai nationality only
  
• Willingness to be relocated to Malaysia (relocation will be provided by the company
• Well-English Spoken to communicate with an international team
