Mammoet Australia are seeking Open Crane Operators to join our FMG Christmas Creek maintenance crew. This role will be a salary based position on a 2x1 Day/Night Shift FIFO roster from Perth flying in and out on Wednesdays. Our fleet consists of a MAC25 and a LTM1250, where you will be required to support all maintenance lift requirements and project works onsite.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Mobilization and demobilization of the assigned crane in relevant configuration
  • Operating the crane in line with work standards and instructions
  • Positioning and repositioning the load
  • Performing periodic preventative and routine maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Local West Australian Resident
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in heavy lifting operations and rigging equipment
  • High Risk Work License - CO and RI
  • Driver’s License - HR
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: Maintenance, Ming and Construction within the Pilbara
