Job Description

Job Title: Crane Operator (80T – 250T)

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes for lifting, loading/unloading, and personnel transfer activities at offshore/onshore oil & gas sites in compliance with ADNOC and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate cranes ranging from 80 Tons to 250 Tons safely and efficiently
• 
  Perform lifting activities as per approved lifting plans and site procedures
• 
  Follow standard hand signals and communication procedures during operations
• 
  Conduct daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance checks
• 
  Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety regulations, PTW, and HSE requirements
• 
  Support personnel transfer operations where applicable
• 
  Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and operational issues immediately

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 21 years of age
• 
  Minimum primary school education or equivalent
• 
  At least 5 years of experience as Crane Operator in offshore/onshore oil & gas industry
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience operating similar crane types (80T–250T)
• 
  Valid UAE Heavy Equipment/Crane Operator License
• 
  ADNOC-approved Crane Operator certification mandatory
• 
  Personnel Transfer certification required
• 
  Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• 
  Physically fit with good eyesight, hearing, and reflexes
• 
  Familiar with crane manufacturer operation manuals and basic maintenance
• 
  Strong knowledge of lifting operations and standard hand signals
