TruBlue Home Services is looking for a skilled and dependable Craftsman / Carpenter to join our growing team and serve homeowners throughout Hanover County and the surrounding communities.
We provide high-quality home remodeling, repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to homeowners of all kinds. We have a particular passion for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

$20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Our Craftsmen perform a wide variety of home improvement and repair projects, including:
General carpentry and woodworking
General home repairs and handyman services
Tile installation and repair
Drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Flooring repair and installation
Bathroom upgrades and remodeling
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Other residential remodeling and maintenance projects
Every day is different. You'll have the opportunity to use a variety of skills while helping homeowners maintain and improve their most important investment — their home.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and understands that great service is about more than simply completing a job.
The ideal candidate:
Has at least 1 year of paid experience in remodeling, carpentry, handyman work, or a related trade
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Has a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Is comfortable working independently and managing multiple types of projects
Has good communication and customer service skills
Is professional, courteous, and respectful in customers' homes
Enjoys helping people and making a difference
Pays attention to detail and leaves each jobsite clean and organized
Is willing to learn and continuously improve their skills
