SSU & Maintenance, Clinical Development Centre, Research & Development
Bogotá, Colombia
As Clinical Research Associate Senior, you will oversee and manage clinical research sites across Colombia, ensuring the integrity of clinical data and the safety of every trial participant. Your monitoring expertise and risk-based approach will help Novo Nordisk advance trials that bring innovative treatments closer to people living with serious chronic diseases. You will be the primary link between research sites and the organisation — driving quality, building trust and keeping progress on track where it matters most.
You will manage the full monitoring lifecycle for assigned clinical research sites — from selection through to close-out — using a risk-based approach to focus effort where it has the greatest impact on data integrity and participant safety.
You will join the Clinical Trials team within Research & Development, reporting to the CRA Line Manager. Your closest collaborators will be Trial Managers, Clinical Quality and Regulatory colleagues, and the clinical research site staff you oversee day to day.
In Research & Development, colleagues explore scientific ideas and advance them towards clinical testing. Curiosity, data, technology, collaboration and operational excellence come together to help meet future health needs. You will be a trusted partner to your sites — combining clear communication, active listening and a collaborative approach to keep trials progressing with quality and speed.
You will work in an environment that values quality, curiosity and personal accountability. The role offers real opportunities to deepen your clinical research expertise, build therapeutic area knowledge across multiple trials and develop your professional skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with colleagues across functions.
You will be trusted to take ownership of your sites and deliverables, supported to perform at your best and encouraged to share your perspective openly. At Novo Nordisk, the growth of every colleague drives the growth of our company — and your contribution here will have a direct impact on the progress of treatments that reach people around the world.
Your impact begins today. If you are ready to bring your monitoring expertise where it matters — ensuring clinical data integrity and participant safety across Colombian research sites — apply for the Clinical Research Associate Senior role by 2 October 2026.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
