Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1. RF Sub-System Design
• Design and develop RF sub-systems, modules, and circuits(e.g., LNA, PA, mixers, filters, ...)
• Evaluate trade offs between performance, cost, size, power, and manufacturability
• Ensure compliance with relevant RF standards and regulatory requirements(FCC, CE, ETSI,etc.)
• Drive design for manufacturability(DFM) and design for testability(DFT)

2. Prototyping, Testing & Validation
• Define RF test plans and measurement methodologies
• Operate RF lab equipment(VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter,oscilloscope)
• Troubleshoot RF performance issues at component, board, and system level

3. Product Integration & Manufacturing Support
• Support hardware layout reviews with focus on RF performance and EMC
• Collaborate with BB, mechanical and system teams on shielding, grounding, thermal, etc
• Support pilot runs, mass production yield improvement, and failure analysis

4. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare RF design documents, test reports, and performance summaries
• Support certification documentation and regulatory submissions
• Maintain clear and traceable technical records

Education

Bachelor - Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Engineering (CS), Communication Engineering and other science and engineering departments、 Master - Computer Engineering、 Master - Computer Systems Analysis、 Master - Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Engineering (CS), Communication Engineering and other science and engineering departments
