Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1.硬體測試與驗證：
-設計與執行硬體測試計劃，進行功能性、效能及可靠性測試。
-使用測試儀器或tool（如iperf、 IxChariot、頻譜分析儀、 示波器、萬用表等）進行測試與故障排除。
2.問題識別與解決：
-分析測試結果，識別並解決工作領域內可能發生的典型問題，並提出改進建議。
-與設計工程師合作，解決硬體設計中的問題，確保產品符合品質標準。
3.品質標準與流程：
-制定並維護硬體品質標準與測試流程，確保測試的一致性與準確性。
-參與品質審核，確保製造過程符合品質要求。
4.數據分析與報告：
-撰寫測試報告並執行測試，記錄測試過程與結果，並提出改善建議。
-收集並分析測試數據，生成測試報告，提供給相關部門參考。
-定期向管理層匯報品質狀況，提出改進建議。
5. 客戶技術支援：
-針對研發階段或是出貨後的技術問題 (field cases)，協助處理客戶端回報的問題，並與軟硬體RD、P/TM合作，釐清及確認客戶問題並協助客戶解決問題。
-透過已知的程式或流程，或與內部軟硬體RD團隊合作，協助客戶完成測試環境整合。
6. 跨部門合作：
-與硬體、製造、測試及供應商團隊合作，確保產品在各個階段的品質。
-提供技術支援，協助解決生產過程中的品質問題。
-參與品質會議，提供測試結果與品質改善的專業建議。
