1.硬體品質測試與驗證：
-設計並執行硬體測試計劃，進行功能性、性能及可靠性測試。
-設計並執行產品壽命測試、環境測試（如溫濕度、振動、衝擊等）及電磁相容性測試。
-使用測試儀器或tool（如iperf、 IxChariot、頻譜分析儀等 示波器、萬用表等）進行測試與故障排除。
2.問題識別與解決：
-分析測試結果，識別並解決工作領域內可能發生的非典型問題，並提出改進建議。
-與硬體工程師設計工程師合作，解決硬體設計中的問題，確保產品符合品質標準。
3.品質標準與流程制定：
-制定並維護硬體品質標準與測試流程，確保符合公司及行業標準。
-持續改進測試方法與流程，提升測試效率與準確性。
4.數據分析與報告：
-撰寫測試報告並執行測試，記錄測試過程與結果，並提出改善建議。
-追蹤並驗證問題修復，確保問題徹底解決。
5.跨部門合作：
-與研發、製造及供應商合作，參與新產品開發過程中的品質評估與測試。
-提供技術支援，協助解決生產過程中的品質問題。
6.文件撰寫與維護：
-撰寫並維護測試計劃、測試報告及品質標準文件。
-確保檔的準確性與完整性，並定期更新。
7.客戶技術支援：
-客戶端技術問題的視窗，針對研發階段或是出貨後的技術問題 (field cases)，負責處理產品相關客戶端回報的問題，並與軟硬體RD、P/TM合作，釐清問題、確認客戶問題並協助團隊找到客戶問題的最佳解。
-擔任產品整合的視窗，與內部各單位合作，協助客戶完成測試環境整合。
-制定、編輯並後續維護相關技術支援文件，以加強並提升團隊在客戶支援的效率及品質。
