开展具备工业应用背景的 具身智能（Embodied AI）机器人与自动化方向的基础与应用研究
设计并实现先进的 机器人感知、学习与控制系统
开发和评估面向制造场景的 学习型机器人操作、运动生成与任务执行方法
将 多模态感知（如视觉、力觉、触觉、本体感知等）与数据驱动方法深度融合到机器人系统中
打通 仿真与真实环境（Sim-to-Real） 之间的鸿沟，确保系统在生产环境中的稳定性与可靠性
与产品与工程团队协作，将研究成果转化为 原型系统及可部署技术
机器人、计算机科学、电气工程、机械工程或相关专业的 硕士或博士学位（或具备同等研究经验）
扎实的机器人技术背景，具备 机器人操作与控制的实际经验
在以下一个或多个方向具备研究或实践经验：
机器人学习、强化学习、模仿学习
面向具身系统的 视觉-语言模型或多模态模型
运动规划、控制与机器人操作

熟练使用 Python 进行快速研究原型开发，具备 C++ 经验者优先
熟悉 PyTorch 等现代机器学习框架
具备优秀的分析能力、问题解决能力和沟通表达能力
