Job Description

客户质量工程师CQE上海正式质量类职位描述1、负责收集并统计客户端质量表现及售后质量成本,并通过售后数据识别重点问题及风险。
2、负责组织并推进客户端重大质量问题,组织和协调公司内外资源,确保质量问题得到快速和有效的解决,并跟进落实进行闭环及横向管理,撰写内部8D报告并完成客户汇报;
3、参与新项目质量目标制定及评审,组织客户质量相关的质量协议、质量目标及合同评审;
4、组织客户及公司内部质量提升专项,系统性提高质量规划和质量管控能力;
5、支持客户端其他需求的对接。职位要求1、本科及以上,机械、电子等工程类相关专业;
2、熟练使用英文进行书面/口头交流,英语六级550分以上;
3、有良好的沟通和组织能力,能够组织和协调公司内外部资源快速有效的解决质量问题,有团队合作精神,能承受一定的工作压力;
4、较强的学习能力,快速熟悉新产品;
5、熟悉数据统计相关知识者优先,如:Python、excel、minitab等软件。 投递
