Ready to make a real difference every day? Join us as a supported living worker, working in our CQC registered service. You will be at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support.
You'll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
What you’ll do
Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing.
You will assist customers with practical daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting and providing support in the community.
Support attending appointments, taking part in hobbies and interests or attend college or work.
Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

You have
A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach
A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different
The practical bits
Flexible working patterns will be available on a rota basis due to the service needing cover 24/7.
Where we are flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
Using technology for creating and updating support plans / doing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
