About the role
We are looking for a Senior Commissioning
& Qualification (C&Q) Manager to join our site team in Kalundborg,
focusing on ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and
qualification of equipment and systems.
As a Senior C&Q Manager, you will lead
a project team within discipline, making operational decisions and conducting
daily board meetings at the factory site.
Your responsibilities include
performing Mechanical Completion line walks, monitoring contractor and
discipline activities, resolving day-to-day roadblocks, and escalating relevant
issues. You will also stay informed of progress and proactively plan work to
meet deadlines e.g. by coordinating activities across the site and managing
Dalux documentation.
You will be a part of our C&Q
department consists of over 30 C&Q Managers, Leads, Engineers, and LOTO
Officers, all working within systems and equipment commissioning.

How you might spend your days
As a C&Q Senior Manager, you’ll be:
- Managing a project team of 5-8 C&Q Engineers
- Define startup sequence and dynamic testing sequence with relevant stakeholders
- Define, align, and control the C&Q scope in accordance with project boundaries, system definitions, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑disciplinary stakeholders to ensure scope clarity and alignment across Engineering, Construction, Automation, Validation, WPOs, and Contractors.
- Manage scope changes impacting C&Q and ensure controlled implementation in line with project governance.

What you bring to the role

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of C&Q experience within Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning
- Experience driving completion of the commissioning schedule
- Understanding process diagrams (PFDs, P&IDs)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with commissioning and qualification activities, within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is considered an advantage
