Brief Role Description


Company members who bear management responsibility based on their acquired leadership authority and who lead employees of the Job Family "Quality" administratively, independently of role or hierarchical level and who specify tasks to achieve organizational objectives. Relation to leadership levels such as MK might apply.

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team for error analysis during vehicle production up to ZP8.
  • Monitor compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Plan and execute ESD (Electro-Static-Discharge) audits in all production areas.
  • Act as interface with global Port Quality Teams and Audi Mexico.
  • Define and control strategic and operational quality objectives.
  • Develop and improve the Quality Management system (QM).
  • Personnel management: selection, training, performance evaluation, motivation.
  • Vehicle analysis and testing (road tests, simulators, test benches).
  • Budget and resource planning (staffing, investments).
  • Coordinate corrective actions for deviations (FAP pre-series, plant, field).
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and efficient problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of standards: QM manual, VDA guidelines, Golden Rules, COP requirements.
  • Leadership and decision-making for strategic quality initiatives.
  • Ability to plan and implement divisional strategies.
