As a full‑time trainee in the CPU Refrigeration Academy, you’ll receive a competitive weekly salary while learning from experienced Field Training Managers. Over a structured 12‑week program, you’ll develop skills in repairing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining refrigeration systems through classroom instruction, hands‑on labs, and field experience.
Training hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend assignments. Ideal candidates hold a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and are committed to obtaining EPA Universal and OSHA‑30 certifications within two months of starting.
