As a Learning Administration Specialist, you will manage and resolve employee and external stakeholder inquiries related to learning programs through ServiceNow, email, and other communication channels. You'll ensure a seamless learning experience by providing accurate support, coordinating training activities, and maintaining high service standards.
You will join a globally connected team dedicated to supporting learning and development initiatives across ING. We work collaboratively with employees, learning academies, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver a positive and efficient learning experience while continuously improving our processes and services.
Respond promptly and accurately to learning-related requests and inquiries.
Coordinate training administration activities and support end-to-end learning processes.
Manage learning communications, scheduling activities, and training logistics.
Identify exceptions, provide recommendations, and escalate concerns when needed.
Partner with learning academies and stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and team effectiveness.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, shared services, or customer support.
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is an advantage.
