We are looking for a Supply Planning Lead to join our CPS Plant team in Buenos Aires. This role is at the heart of plant operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information for all finished goods SKUs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, the ability to influence across functions, and a passion for connecting end‑to‑end supply planning with business results. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of plant operations while acting as a key enabler of supply assurance and operational excellence.

What you’ll do for us

In this role, you will act as the supply “control tower” for the plant, aligning multiple stakeholders to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Track and analyze finished goods Weeks of Supply (WOS), identifying improvement opportunities and proposing planning parameter adjustments to optimize inventory value. (20%)
  • Ensure on‑time, in‑full product availability to bottlersby defining finished goods inventory policies and monitoring coverage reports, while aligning actions with Master Planning and Production Scheduling teams. (20%)
  • Lead Pre‑SPP and SPP (Supply Planning Process) sessions, consolidating inputs from Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, New Products, HR, Lab, Projects, and Demand; analyze volume and inventory projections and connect changes with key business drivers. (20%)
  • Analyze inventory projections and monitor inventory value, leading mitigation plans to manage risks related to shortages or excess inventory. (10%)
  • Lead key initiativessuch as Migration routines and execution of New Products within the plant. (10%)
  • Support troubleshooting initiativesand ensure plant requirements are properly communicated to Shared Services. (10%)
  • Support local execution of Enterprise Risk Management activities, including Business Continuity Plans and risk assessments. (5%)
  • Contribute to risk analysis activitiesto proactively identify and manage operational risks. (5%)

This role requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, as you will coordinate across multiple functions without having direct reports, ensuring supply remains the top priority for the plant.

What are the qualifications needed

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insights
  • Ability to balance short‑term operational needs with long‑term planning priorities
  • Sound decision‑making skills, with high standards of integrity and ethics
  • Fluent English (written, spoken, and listening)

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience within a similar manufacturing/supply planning environment
  • Experience working cross‑functionally within a plant or operations setting
